The writer of the article below has found a few false comments. Flaxseed

is used by many people to good advantage. This Dr. quoted is misinformed,

Because flaxseed and flaxseed oil is nutitious it will spoil like other

nutritious food -----

 

But it has a life more like a walnut. It will spoil in a year in a swarm

place sooner if exposed to light. I do not believe " Erasmus " because actual

tests do not confirm his writing.

I have been eating about an ounce or two of raw ground flax a

day for over a year now with no ill effects I can measure.
