That, plus salmon oil, coconut oil, olive oil, borage oil, and peanut oil, plus some EFA capsules, nuts and stuff, and gee...... I am about to become confused. Likely In am getting to much Omega 19 and not enough Omega Zero. The only thing I don't have yet is the flax seed grinder. Got to get it soon.
