Just looked at the packet and you are quite right, it says to soak or grind -

silly me almost came to false teeth.

Morning John,

I did that all last spring, with 1/2 of a large chopped garden fresh

tomato. I used this as a meal substitute.

Can you provide the link for the flax oil list?

I have flax oil and am using it. About two tbsp per

day. That, plus salmon oil, coconut oil, olive oil,

borage oil, and peanut oil, plus some EFA capsules, nuts and stuff, and

gee...... I am about to become confused. Likely In am getting to much

Omega 19 and not enough Omega Zero.

The only thing I don't have yet is the flax seed grinder. Got to get

it soon.

Any kitchen blender should work fine if the blender is dry. One

need not powder the seeds like flour. It just takes smashing the outer

hull so the innards can get bathed in digestive juices.

I suspect your teeth are not up to the task of cracking the hulls

(they are slippery when wet) -- so if you eat the seeds whole you will

probably pass them out undigested. Easy to check. Just peek at your bowel

movements & look for undigested seeds.
