Dear Group,

How would you like to save some $ while making the best out of your trip to Medford in February?

I would like to get a special rate for Feb. intensive attendees who need hotel accommodation.

First I would like to know which hotel you prefer? I have two recommendations.

1. Rogue Regency (http://www.rogueregency.com/)

* Closer to airport

* Easier to drive to and from Doc's training studio

* Cleaner

* Same rate for single or double occupancies

* Complimentary continental breakfast

* Free Wi-Fi Internet Access

* Free shuttle to and from airport

* Fridge and microwave oven in room

* Guest laundry

* In house swimming pool and spa, open from 5 a.m. til 10 p.m. * Smoke free Pub and sports bar -- where Lilie, Walter, Greg, Mike and I enjoy throwing energy balls

* Regular rate : $105+tax, special rate (approx) : $79 + tax, if we book at least 10 rooms. (If two persons share one room, effective cost will be the same as Cedar, but with much better quality rooms and services. I also got confirmation for room availability. Reservations shall be made directly with Rogue. NOT through any on-line travel sites.)

2. Cedar Lodge

* Most previous attendees stayed at this hotel for convenience.

* Walking distance to Doc's training studio

* Free coffee and cookies in the morning

* Free Wi-Fi Internet Access if you can get signal from hotel next door.

* Cheaper rate, $40 + tax. Rate already available on my website. But availability not guaranteed.

* Karaoke bar next door. Smoking OK indoor.

Second, I would like to coordinate car rental pooling among attendess. Please tell me if :

1. You are driving to Medford and are willing to drive classmates to and from their hotels?

2. You are willing share ride and cost of rental car with other classmates.
