Guest guest
Hi Doc, Glad to help. I liked Jim's posts on the Radiant Energies. I read that second post (the one Rebecca commented on) earlier today and I didn't perceive it at all that he has anger issues with women, or that his objective is to " get into bed with someone " ....And if it his objective, so what? Good for Jim! Fantastico! Anyway, it seems she didn't read his previous post that led up to this one where he clearly states " I am not a player; don't want to be one " . As for how we can help out Rebecca? Here's a few thoughts: I don't know where she is getting her information on Radiant Energies, but must be a completely different and very limited source than where I am getting mine from. That would be mainly Donna's and David's materials. Radiant energies are so much MORE than the filtered impression that Rebecca has of them. There's some good information on Triple Warmer and Strange flows and Psychic Circuits (all radiant energies) in the Energy Medicine book. There is also an excellent article in the files section of the " creative energies " group on written by Donna and David entitled " Wired for Joy " . It discusses, in detail, the Radiant Circuits. There is also the Energy Psychology Interactive CD that has a ton of information, diagrams and video clips on the Radiant Circuits. There is also your video course on it that I really like, " Friendly Energies " , and that I am about 3/4 through and need to go back and transcribe 'cause there is so much good information there. There is also that file you placed in the files section of this site on the " 26 Ways of Balancing Triple Warmer " that might be useful too. How's this for starters? I'm not saying this to brush you off. It's just that it's the best way to learn about radiant energies. I'd start by reading the file " Wired for joy " on the " creative energies " . Then follow the other leads that were given here today. > Also, I did read the first post Jim wrote about cussing out the hateful waitress in the bar at closing time that told them it was time to leave. Where does the Radiant Energy fit in here? That would be an example of the triple warmer radiant energy. Is there a PURPOSE to the radiant energy in a situation like this? Sure. It probably made him feel good to do that (and Jim can yea or nay that). Probably made her feel like shit, which in turn made him feel even BETTER and her worse....and wars have been started over much less than that. TW is one-sided, it's self survival. I think the other radiant energies have a tendency to benefit both sides... Could be full of holes but that's my experience so far with it. > > Maybe before that particular post there were some others I missed. I've only been in the group for a week. I've been on this group since it started a few months ago, and have read most of the back posts on Doc's MMES group. I immediately noticed that Jim has a fairly unique sense of humor, and his way of expressing himself just happens to include the use of curse words. I am often laughing my kimdingee off at his posts though. (Doc are you going to tell us what a Kimdingee is?) Anyway, I have friends who speak like that and I've never been bothered by it, so maybe that's the difference. I don't know how to help you there. Also remember he's looking at things from a guy's point of view, but what he wrote is universal in its message. So here's a tip you might want to consider using...try switching all the gender specific words in his posts to the feminine vantage point and reread them and see what you think now. LOL!! I heard him speak of looking at a woman in a parking lot that was with her husband, smiling at her and having her smile back and the woman look really happier...That deserves a BRAVO for him. In the next post he's talking about the beligerent waitress again, and about giving up his energy to women. And about not taking " crap " from anyone. It all sounded, (of course it sounded that way because it IS filtered through not knowing what the PURPOSE is behind it) as though it were an energy used to get certain results from a woman, or to make a woman feel a certain way. ( or possibly a man if a woman is using it) > > So my plea to all of you who DO have this wealth of knowlege and understanding is please just explain the PURPOSE behind it for me. > > Goodness knows, I surely didn't mean to offend anyone. I guess I probably should have read the post more carefully. I'll work on my method of communication in the meantime > > And Jim, by the way, I'm not mad at you. I've just never liked profanity, and I've never heard anyone use it that was just merely carrying on a casual conversation without some type of negative energy behind it like anger, spite, frustration, fear etc. > > Rebecca
Guest guest
I noticed that it's difficult in some places to distinguish between Rebecca's original post and my response to her below. The little " > " things disappeard in some places for some reason unknown to me. But I think you can get the gist. Oh well. Let's blame it on AOL. Guest guest
Everybody's a bitch SOME of the time! Sounds like everyone would benefit from just giving it a pass if it's a once-in-a-while event. Don't worry, be happy. More seriously, I know I've spent a little time as the bitch (I know it's hard to believe;), but it's usually brief and often I tell people I'm sorry I hassled them when I realize it's a metaprogram that's running my reaction. I think the bitch comes out most frequently when I have been on hold with some impersonal utility that hires morons to screen your calls and prevent you from getting to someone with actual knowledge. I get so ticked at them; then I realize they are unprepared for their jobs and may be doing the best they can. Then I can turn on my Radiant Energies and connect with them over the phone and get MUCH more cooperation--even have a good experience. Unless, of course, I'm NOT sorry. Then, I will take whatever action I think is necessary. Sometimes being a bitch is what is called for. I call it being in touch with the "inner bitch." She (and since I'm using it as anima, it applies to males and females) can serve us very well when used intentionally at the service of getting what you want/need. Bitch is another one of those words that really pushes buttons. We don't see the positive aspects of getting to know the shadow side.
