Guest guest
If the fish did not die from mercury poisoning, neither will you. The reason for this is that fish have access to all the necessary minerals in their food to complex the mercury into insoluble salts, especially mercury selenide (a selenium salt) which you will not absorb into your body tissue. It will excrete in your stool and urine/ However, if the fish did accumulate a surplus of mercury and did not have time to detoxify it and died, or was about to die, from mercury poisoning you would be self-protected if you were regularly supplementing your diet with selenium and/or chlorella, cilantro, blue-green algae , spiulina, etc. This is one of the reasons why selenium, supplemented regularly as selenomethionine, can reduce cancer incidence by 50%. As our diets become more deficient in selenium, cancer incidence will increase to the point where cancer will be the number one killer ---- oops, if you've been reading the news lately, it has already happened. --- On Fri, 12/12/08, NEWS FROM THE TIPI <cherokee419 wrote:NEWS FROM THE TIPI <cherokee419 Eat fish despite mercuryUndisclosed-RecipientDate: Friday, December 12, 2008, 4:00 PM, says FDA draft reportSeattle Post Intelligencer - USAThe Post, which got a FDA draft report, says the FDA now argues thatnutrients in fish – including omega-3 fatty acids and selenium – canboost a child's IQ ...<http://blog. seattlepi. nwsource. com/healthreport /archives/ 156833.asp? from=blog_ last3> «¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»§ - PULSE ON 21st CENTURY ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE! §Subscribe send email to: - «¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»
