Hi Jo - Even if there is no flower essence supply locally, you can still get

them over the Internet. I got mine from www.essences.com. They have a great

color grid system for choosing intuitively, too, if the browse or

quesionnaire methods of choosing don't suit you.

The last digest was very interesting, when someone publishes a book on

the list I give up and may miss something.

 

I also would like to hear about the " Eye " book from Dr. Mercola.

 

I am 75 and my distance vision has not changed since 1955. My near vision

has faded so that some days I need minus 1.25 lenses.

 

So I am skeptical that it could help--but when my work schedule abates I may

try it.

 

For Arthritis I am taking 2 or 3 grams of MSM from the Veterinary shop and

3 to 5 grams of Vitamin C powder along with other vitamins.

 

I try not to work hard more than four hours a day.

 

I agree with Wayne; on water, I take a little Celtic type sea salt with

it.

I don't think it will be too difficult and I am sure you and Marco will

moderate well; certainly we could use to hear from people in CM's native
