Hi-Candida I fought forever and I won. You have to get more aggressive then the disease or the disease will win. This is from my book Cure Yourself Naturally P.56A root causes of illness, for most people, lies in the gut. You have more than 500 species of good and harmful bacteria. What causes the lack of the beneficial bacteria are high doses of antibiotics, steroids, sugar, birth control, and possibly vaccinations. Of course, some of you never took birth control (especially men — or let’s hope not!). It could have been something you took years ago — 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago, etc. — that has only now started playing havoc with your digestive track. For more information of yeast in our bodies, refer to The

Yeast Connection by William G. Crook M.D.Candida infections are an overgrowth of yeast in the body. Symptoms run from mild to extreme. Bottom-line, if you suffer from Candida, to get rid of it you must eliminate fruits, sugar, grains, and higher carb vegetables from your diet until you get this condition under control, as these items will feed the issue. Fruits, higher carb vegetables and grains, are good for you, but also encourage overgrowth of Candida. This is where the PowerHouse Fast Healing Program comes in, because it is quick. The Mucous-Free diet will work but will take much longer, possibly months. (That is its drawback, but it works.)Candida is extremely difficult to get rid of, so it entirely depends on your patience, dedication, and perseverance as to what healing method will work for you. Let me know if you have more questions, I can help you.Have a Happy and Healthy Day,Gina Kopera M.H.© Copyright 2007 www.GinasCorner.com . Hi, all. Someone posted the following msg on another group I'm on:

"I hope someone can help me. My friend is having reccuring yeast infections on her body...not vaginally, since going thru a round of chemo treatments. Does anyone have an herbal remedy to cure or prevent them...maybe something I can make into a salve? Any help would be appreciated. "

I'm going to give her info from my Nutritional Healing book, but thought some of you might elalborate/suggest from personal experience, especially since it's happening after a round of chemo. Thanks and I will pass it on to her. Fredna
