The basis to the healing protoocol that I followed is Cleanse and Nourish so the body can heal. The bigger of things that I did was fasting and that in conjunction with the cleanseing is what brought all the health that I have today. The PowerHouse fast which it will be in greater detail in the book and it all has to do with juicing and cleansing. They have something called white muscle disease. It can be cured by taking selenium. Sure could not hurt.
