Guest guest
I embarked on my journey of change--from a multiple sclerosis-- diagnosed patient with recurring symptoms and little hope, to an optimistic youthful person happy with my life and eager to live fully-- almost by accident. I was not seeking enlightenment. I was not on a quest. But I, like ANY number of people had to learn when life tosses you lemons, you had really better decide to make lemonade. Guest guest
Renee, You are truly a blessing in disguise, I really needed to hear that more now then ever. I have hit a all time low again, I am sorry that I even had to write that, but that is what got me to the place of healing the first time, the all time low. Doesn't make sense. I know everything happens for a reason and we can never see why at the time but I know it is there. Everything that has happened with my health it has happened to me to help other people. It was no accident, I was not on a search, it just happened. Sometimes I think it was a curse or it just the people that I have been around, it must be apart of the big plan, what that plan is I don't know, but I will be sure to tell you. Thank You, GinaRenee Judkins <msfitnes01 wrote: I have been to Gina's website. She is truly an inspiration. I would recommend checking out her site. Guest guest
HI Gina, I am so with you right now, girl! I have been suffering depression lately and I'm sure it has to do with the my anniversary! It was 4 years ago Tuesday, Sept. 27th, that my cancer was diagnosed and I was told that I wouldn't survive for another six months. I, too, believe God spared my life so I could use the nutritional and other gifts He gave me that saved my life, to help others who need it. I keep wondering what that "big plan" is too, but I know there is one and I, with my cancer and everything else, am part of it. I will keep you in my prayers. Keep your chin up, kiddo. There is a silver lining behind every dark cloud. I know this for a fact, since I have had more than my fair share of dark clouds! And while I'm just sitting around here in my current pathetic state, I'm not spending much time doing anything other than praying and studying earth based religions, which has really helped with the depression. I figure there must be a happy medium somewhere between the earth based religions and my christianity. And I intend to find it! Take care, Gina. Find something nice and relaxing to do just for yourself, even if it's just a hot bubble bath by candlelight with a glass of wine, one of my favorite ways to destress!
