Guest guest
Anyone have any suggestions for naturally lowering blood pressure? (Other than the usual suggestions of " lose weight " and " exercise more, " please.) Magnesium seems to help but any other suggestions would be appreciated. - Anna ************************************* Did you know that systemic enzymes can help purify your blood? Help you lose weight? Help you breathe easier? Improve your circulation? ? Yes, good quality enzymes do all this and much, much more! For example, amylase is excellent for asthma, helps regulate blood sugar and can help you with allergies! Cellulase helps carry nutrion into your cells and heavy metals or other garbage out! Cellulase is also good with yeast break-outs and fungal-related issues. Lipase is excellent for breaking up fats, will clean your vascular system and has been known to help with skin conditions such as psoriasis. Protease goes after unwanted proteins that lead to disease. Protease enhances your immune system, is good for circulation, will help you recover more quickly from colds, flu and ear infections. (Caution, though, if you have ulcers - it may irritate your stomach.) Fight candida, fibromyalgia and a host of other illnesses the natural way, with enzymes! Try The Ultimate Enzyme, a special all-natural and extremely bio-active mixture of Amylase, Cellulase, Lipase and Protease; or order the individual formulas. THERE'S EVEN ENZYME AND PRO-BIOTIC FORMULAS SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR YOUR PETS!!!For more information, visit http://www.SelfHelp.ubiquitousonline.com
Guest guest
Anna-- Research has shown that Omega-3 fatty acids can help, sometimes dramatically. A good way to get these is through pharmaceutical-grade fish oil, which is far stronger and purer (ie, fewer toxins) than the fish oil you find in health food stores. You can learn more about fish oil and the various grades that are available at: http://www.authentic-breathing.com/fish_oil.htm With my best wishes, Dennis Lewis , Anna <aljuarez@z...> wrote: > Anyone have any suggestions for naturally lowering blood pressure? Just type celery in your search engine - it has been tested many times at excellent results - recommended by Food: Your natural medicine by Jean Carper and in The Green Pharmacy by James A Duke Erin
Guest guest
Hi Anna, This is almost invariably a diet/nutrition problem. You can do one of two things. Take the shotgun approach. Which is try every thing that anyone recommends until hopefully one works. This approach undoubtedly is the most popular and will eventually work more times than not however it can be expensive and take an extended period of time. The other option is to have someone who is qualified, (typically not a medical physician, although some can do a very good job in this area) evaluate your diet, nutrition, lifestyle, etc... and you are likely to find a solution much quicker and cheaper. I hope this helps. DMM www.cedarcanyonclinic.com , Anna <aljuarez@z...> wrote: > Anyone have any suggestions for naturally lowering blood pressure?
