First couple of questions to this group. Hoping for some guidance.

Dear Mr Mike,

Good morning. I have seen your food habite and

your routine intake of sysytematic cunsumption of vitamines. In my opinion

all are good but the more and more intake of sythitic vitmins are very

harmful to the systems of the body. Hence as per our fasting metode you can

setright every disorder of your digestive system.by doing fast that means

you have to give rest to your entire digestive process/For examle you are

giving your vehicle for servicing after running few thousand kilometer

similarly you have srevice your body by giving full rest to perform all

organs to its fundamental work.the The more and more you give rest to your

body by doing fasting you can regaine your health. I am a patient of BP from

last 20 years,Daily I use to take medicines.

But now I am totally stopped taking medicine.I have done fasting for 25 days

by taking only water for every now and then that is daily intake of 2-3

liter water per day.After 21st day I started yaking fruits juice

buttermilkmtender coconut. By doing all the things Now my health is so good

my unnecessary weight has gone down and now I have stopped taking any

medicine and my food habits are changed now I am taking only two square mels

a day.No breakfast.no snacks .Instead I am consuming more fresh fruits.The

above fasting methodes are working like alternative medicines In other words

it is totally with out medicines you can live longer with more healthier. So

I advice you to think over and if possible any body can practice this system

to acive thier godd health.
