A friend sent me this letter and I'm forwarding it on to all of you, knowing that SOMEBODY here will have some answers for this dear lady!

Linda

Hi, My 16 year old daughter wears contacts and her vision is getting worse faster than mine or my husband's ever did. She knows she shouldn't wear them all day but she says she can't see without them and it is a struggle to get her to take them off and wear glasses or nothing which I feel would be best. I did a search on contact lens dangers and contact lens safety but didn't find anything more than the general rules the optomitrists give. Does anyone have a good source of information or personal stories that might inspire her to take better care of her eyes? Also I have been using See Clearly exercises to try to improve my own vision and to try to inspire her to do the same. It seems to be helping but is hard to spend a half hour doing the exercises each day. Has anyone had success with this or other vision improvement techniques? Thanks for your help!Karen

Have had sucess with the Dr Christopher eyebright formula, available at some herb stores, although all can order it. The See Clearly Method seems to be a very good program. The formula & the See Clearly Method would make a very good combination.

It is the Soldier who salutes the Flag, who serves beneath the Flag, & whose coffin is draped with the Flag, who allows the protester to burn the Flag."
