Guest guest
I just HAD to share this paragraph from Doug Kaufmann and David Holland, MD's book "Infectious Diabetes" with everyone, because it is so thrilling: "Chapter 19 Fighting Diabetes and Heart Disease with Exercise and Supplements Diabetes and heart disease are for the most part completely preventable. Once developed, they remain entirely curable. There is just one catch. Unlike ingrown toenails or an earache, neither can be cured by a visit to your family doctor. You not only bear more responsibility than your doctor in preventing these diseases from happening in the first place. If you do develop them, you also must carry most of the weight in reversing their effects and achieving a cure." I hope EVERYONE gets a copy of this book for him/herself. It's the most mind-boggling book I've ever read, though I know a fair amount of it is in Dr. Hulda Clark's book - hers simply did not resonate with me. I'm on the "cure" program myself now and can't wait to see the results long-term!
