Guest guest
Try to pacify your vata and most of your conditions will come under control . It is said that things go wrong with our system when we become more acidic. So make your body alkaline. see that you eat foods that do not produce gas and that help in acidity. Avoid all white foods, white sugar, white rice, white flour, tea, coffee, alcohol, fried foods, canned foods and stale food . Sleep early as sleeping late also produces vata. Have pure thoughts. Thoughts can work wonders or play havoc with our health. Mint, turmerice, pepper, coriander, cummin, fenugreek, fennel etc all are carminative and helpful in digestion. See that you evacuate well. Chewing your food very well will aid in that . Eat 75% of your capacity .Drink plenty of water. Do all this and see the difference. I am not a doctor but these are common practices, with us. _____________ my main problem is anxiety and nervousness, muscle tension and pain, and colon inflammation and constipation.
