Hello Ann,

Welcome to ! I'm very sorry to hear about the

health problems that are troubling you. I think you have come to a

great place to get some good information.

Luckily, although I have had some pretty aggravating allergy

problems, I've never had a lot of really serious ailments. Being 60

years old, though, I do have quite a few friends who have had many

problems and I always keep an eye open for information that can help

them.

I recently heard about some products called Xoçai™ (sho-sigh) from

MXI Corporation that are chock full of antioxidants which fight off

all those nasty free radicals we've been hearing so much about

lately. These products have helped many people with ailments such as

allergies, high blood pressure, fatigue, stress, high blood sugar,

sleep disorders, migraines, arthritis, weight problems and others.

So far, I have not heard any reports from anyone with bone spurs,

though that could be, too.

I was impressed enough with what I heard that I decided to try

something one day when my allergies were acting up pretty bad. My

head was stopped up, my eyes were watering and itchy, just a

miserable feeling in general. One of the MXI products is called the

Xoçai™ Nugget which is a fairly small, about an inch square of dark

chocolate and other ingredients, one of which is the Acai berry.

I like the taste of dark chocolate anyway so I was in no hurry to

finish it off and I guess it may have taken me at least seven or

eight minutes to eat it, just biting off a little at a time and

letting it dissolve slowly on my tongue to enjoy the flavor.

Amazingly, by the time I finished eating it, my head had cleared up

and my eyes were no longer tearing and itchy feeling! After a few

more positive experiences like that, I decided to become a

distributor of the products so I can get discounts on what I use and

get some for my friends too. Some of them have since done the same

thing.

Ann, I'm really just an old country boy and there's a lot about how

these products work that I don't know how to explain; so what I

would like for you to do is visit Dr. Steve Warren's website,

http://mydrchocolate.com/. He has a link you can click on where he

explains a lot about the science behind all these products. He also

has a lot of testimonials from many people who have had some of the

same ailments you are having right now and some others I mentioned

earlier.

At the top of Dr. Warren's home page, there's a link where you can

see his credentials, and if you take a look, I think you will agree

that he should know what he's talking about. At the bottom of his

homepage, you can find a link where you can contact him personally

and ask questions about your particular problems.

After checking it all out, if you decide you would like to try

something, you can go to my website to order it. Here is that link:

http://www.healthychocolateforyou.biz/

If you have any questions, be sure to contact me or Dr. Warren. All

my contact information is on my website.

Whatever you decide, I sincerely wish you the best.

Hi Ann,

Welcome to the group. I typically recommend to clients to address things

like diet, weight, and exercise for starters. You're dealing with

several issues but one or more of these issues have the same root

cause. It's just a matter of finding what it is.

Also, it is important to know if you are currently on any medications as

this would make a big difference in what herbs you could take if herbs

are the way you're wanting to go.

Did you water fast or juice fast? With a busy life, water fasting

is very difficult to do. I juice fasted (for the first time) last

spring for about 4 days with kids, full time job, husband, etc and

did not feel week or tired or even really hungry at all. This

spring I plan to do a slightly longer one. Planning to work my way

up a day or two each time I fast.

Hi. Thanks for the info. I've actually done a bunch of reading

already on fasting and how to do it safely. But maybe I'll check

the book out some time.

Hi Arnaldo, Good to see you post. :-) Who is the smartgirl? I am hoping that it is me; it would be nice if thats how I come across to people, but I am only fantasizing here - hahaha. :-) The book by Allan Cott IS a good read, and I recommend it also! The best way I am finding is to ask the crystals themselves- sit with them

in your hand and ask the Deva to speak to you... x

Hi guys I was just wondering if there was a prayer of sorts that I should say

Now, I am at work and I want to have the stones near me... I want to keep the

energy flowing.

Do I have to keep them on me like in my pocket or do I just touch them every

so often?

What are all the different methods to cleanse the stones if they can't be put

into water?

At night do u put them under pillow or keep in the pouch in your hand?

sorry for so many questions

greetings shawntee!

I am not an expert in deca's but here is what I know:

Since everything consists of life force energy that would include crystals and

stones. The universal life force energy can also be considered a " higher power "

in the crystals and stones-that is what the deva is-the higher self.

The best book to explain this isHealing With Gemstones By Pamela Louise Chase

and Jonathan Pawlik.

Hope this helps

Many Blessings,

Erin

Shawntee,

Just keeping them in your pocket should be enough. I have a couple

stones that I keep in my pocket at work all the time. Or if you are

creative, you can make necklaces or other things with them to wear. If

you want to clean the stones, you can burn sage and pass them through

the smoke a few times or just put them in the moon light when the moon

is full. As far as what to do at night, I just sleep with a dream

pouch I made with herbs in it. It would be rather uncomfortable to

roll over onto a stone or you may even lose the stone.

Hope this helps,

Rick

thanks Rick! I have kept the moonstone in my pocket all day and the rose quartz

and smoky quartz in my little pouch.... I will get some sage soon and try

sitting them in the moonlight.

Thanks a bunch
