Guest guest Report post Posted March 6, 2002 Welcome to this list! It's great to see you here! Best way to get iron is through the diet. All the leafy green vegetables are rich with it, especially spinach. Also i understand nettle tea, which is good for a lot of things, has iron. Guest guest Report post Posted March 7, 2002 Alfalfa or dandelion are two good herbs to help with iron in the blood. Some people have a hard time with plant irons not being as readily absorbed as animal irons (you know, liver and such). Guest guest Report post Posted March 7, 2002 Hi Michael Thanks for your hearty welcome! I do grind raw carrots in a mini blender to help with vision and lately I read somewhere that dark leafty vegetables held the sun's vitamins more in darkening colors -so I have a helping of brussel sprouts and will combine my diet to meet with nettle tea too. a nurse told me that oatmeal daily is fortified with iron so I plan to rotate these especially a week before giving to the red cross. I have one that will hide them in the cat bed and one that does not bother them at all. Hermes, is my Reiki cat. He loves to give and receive it. The other three want no parts of it.... oddly enough the one that loves Reiki is also the one that picks and chooses which he wishes to place in bed with him. hmmmm... makes one wonder huh? I am not an animal communicator per say, I do feel that I can read them easily. I work with cat rescue so I do have a lot of contact with many different temperaments etc. I have worked several times with animal communicators when I have problems with my abandoned and abused animals. I have had her talk with one of my newest cats, he was so aggressive with the others. And honestly thought he would not be able to stay with us. it was that bad. So I had the communicator talk with all four cats. Seems the two Siamese feel that Gizoli who is a mixed cat is not very smart and they felt they were above him. Bast, who is a black domestic short hair.. just felt that she wanted what the other two wanted... so if they did not like him.. neither did she. Hermes, felt that Gizoli was trying to take his job and that was taking care of me. She tells me that each animals has an assignment while on the earth walk.. and one of the many assignments is to see to it that the people they love.. know it. And they keep a watchful eye out for them. Funny thing... Gizoli told the communicator that the others would set him up... they would scream like he had bitten them and he hadn't... so I watched one night... just to see what happened.. And they did exactly that, he had not touched them and they just screamed like he had brought blood or something. Little stinkers!! Your cat that is aggressive probably feels that the other gets more attention or is stepping on his job assignment. The one that will not fight back.. probably never will unless he get to the point where he says enough! For your aggressive kitti.. I would suggest using Bach flower remedies. There are several combinations.. but the main one that I start with is the rescue remedy. If you would like further informaiton on these for animals.. I would be most happy to send it. Good luck.... with your fur babies.. they are very special creatures. With love and purrs... Wanda
Guest guest Report post Posted May 1, 2002 Do your animal companions interact with your stones ? Peggy Dear Peggy, I can't help you with the animal communication, but in answer to your question, yes my animals intereact with the stones i have. They are pretty respectful, they don't grap them like your cheeky little cat. But sometimes if I'm working with them they come up and touch them with a paw, or lay beside me. MAybe a calming stone/chip glued to the cats collar may help! But my younger kitty loves to carry things around in his mouth. His fav. is my daughters hair ties. luv aisha -- http://solarraven.com/ Huna, Crystal healing, Reiki manuals, mandalas, Energy Work Classes http://home.attbi.com/~skygreen/index.html Spirited emotion} http://members.tripod.com/~sunsparrow/index.html

Don't know what if any recourse you will have. You did learn some stuff and you got a 90 on the last test you sent in ( in case you were thrown off list before she posted that). Frankly from what I've seen of the course material it does not meet the advertised standard and is hardly comprehensive. Looks like an interesting set of lessons for crystal divination of sorts but not much else ( of course I also have only seen the first 6 lessons). I don't consider my files comprehensive either and I don't have anything like those casting charts but there is a lot of material in the files and archives here. It is not a course as such nor do I charge a fee or give a diploma but I think you may find some useful info here. Sometimes we just have to cut the cords when things go wrong . I think you are still very stressed by the whole thing and hope that we can help you feel welcome and provide some of the information you were seeking . Guest guest Report post Posted January 30, 2005 Hi, Jody, I'm not so sure about how to use water signs to balance yourself, as I mostly use my astrology information as an indication. I do think you can use crystals to balance yourself, though, and since they are thrilled (in my experience) to be if assistance to us " softs " (as several of my crystal friends refer to us), that is what I would suggest. Of course, use what feels wonderful and disregard the rest. A DT quartz as a pocket pal would be a great start, don't you think? And, it depends on what kind of balancing you are looking for. A sceptre quartz comes to mind (actually was nagging me to respond to you). Or a twin might be of assistance. Also, elestial quartz can handle large amounts of energy, so might be of assistance to you. In any event, enjoy! Oh yes, moss agate is a great circulation enhancing tool! Love, Light and Blessings to us all, Diana
Guest guest Report post Posted August 2, 2005 Hi! Can you be more specific about the symptoms and the information you have about her condition? Another way is that the information needed to do a remote viewing " health case " is her name, age and city of living, so we can more accurately see. I felt some bone spurs in the knee area, and some basic stretching and massage of the musles of the leg with peanut or castor oil would help until more detailed info arrives. Hope that helps! Juan M.
