Guest guest Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 I am 79 years old and have deterioration in L4 AND L5 recently I got a cramp and severe attack of slipped disk. I had tried all sorts of medical treatments. My orthopeadic consultants and alopathic strongly advised me for either operations or at least the traction. I at this stage was reluctant to do so. I have strong faith in Ayurveda. I visited the nearest Ayurveda doctor and with his treatment, I could recover within 10 days. I had to take the support of Walking stick and the surgical belt for 4 days. But after 8 days I could walk without the stick and gradually from 10th day that is today I removed my vest belt also. I want to share my amazing experience with all of you.
