My experience with a number of MS patient is that it certainly help

with some of the symptoms and to maintain good health; MS is known for

its impredictability, but it can go for long periods of remission.

Acupuncture, especially if combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine can

get patients into remission

In a message dated 11/27/2003 1:48:15 PM Eastern Standard Time, Docvite writes:

MS is not a true autoimmune disease but is rather a breakdown in the a part of the immune response...the anti antibodies are not working properly. So, instead of supppressing the immune system, people with MS should be boosting their immune system. Susan

What has been your experience with this? Have you had remissions? What was your protocol?

Thanks,

Chris

I have had two MS patients in the past few years. The first, was pretty far

along and was wheelchair bound. We did scalp acupuncture with electro, but the

best treatment for her was bee sting therapy she received in addition to the

acupuncture. I had another who was younger and at earlier stages and had a lot

of numbness in legs, anus and genitals, also, extreme fatigue with heaviness in

the head and arms. Kid 1 helped alot with her leg numbness and i think i dx her

with Spleen Dampness and some Liver disharmony. I know this unexact information

does not help, but the moral of the story is that both patients had much relief

for their MS-- i would say acupuncture can helo relieve the symptoms and slow

down the progression of the MS, but I would not think it could cure it, maybe

supress it though.

The recent issue of Nutrition and Healing recommends cutting out red meat

and taking B2 every eight hours. It increased functional motor capacity 30%.

Good Day, Annie,

Thank you for your post. I am very glad that you are apart of my community!

Welcome.

I have about 12 patients currently with different stages of MS. None of them

are yet on Western medicines.

Copaxone (glatiramer acetate), considered one of the CRAB drugs (Copaxone,Rebif,

Avonex, Betaseron) is standard treatment for people with relapsing-remitting MS

(RRMS). This particular drug is a different chemical make up than the other

CRAB drugs, which are interferon-based. Therefore, it has different side

effects. This particular drug can leave swelling, painful and sometimes

itchy welts at or around the injection site. It also may cause the destruction

of fat cells (called lipoatrophy) in the surrounding area that become

permanent. This drug is also known to cause pain attack like symptoms.

How I treat my MS patients.

First and foremost, I am an acupuncturist. So acupuncture has been a key element

in my patient's treatments.

For those community members not familiar with Multiple Sclerosis, this is a

disease of the central nervous system. Multiple sclerosis (MS) can range from

relatively benign to somewhat disabling to devastating, as communication between

the brain and other parts of the body are disrupted. MS is believed to be an

autoimmune disease as through its immune system, launches a defensive attack

against its own tissues. In the case of MS, it is the nerve-insulating

myelin sheaths that come under attack. Such attacks may be linked to an unknown

environmental trigger or a virus.

Most people experience their first symptoms of MS between the ages of 20 and

40; the initial symptom of MS is often blurred or double vision, red-green

color distortion, or even blindness in one eye. Most MS patients experience

muscle weakness in their extremities and difficulty with coordination and

balance. These symptoms may be severe enough to impair walking or even

standing.

In the worst cases, MS can produce partial or complete paralysis. Most people

with MS also exhibit paresthesias, transitory abnormal sensory feelings such as

numbness, prickling, or " pins and needles " sensations. Some may also experience

pain. Speech impediments, tremors, and dizziness are other frequent complaints.

Occasionally, people with MS have hearing loss. Approximately half

of all people with MS experience cognitive impairments such as difficulties

with concentration, attention, memory, and poor judgment, but such symptoms are

usually mild and are frequently overlooked. Depression is another common

feature of MS.

If you have multiple sclerosis (MS), exercise is KEY!

Exercise can help retain flexibility and balance, promote cardiovascular

fitness and a sense of well-being, and prevent complications from inactivity.

Exercise also helps regulate appetite, bowel movements and sleep patterns. If

walking or balance is impaired, stationary bicycle riding is more practical.

Swimming is helpful for stretching and cardiovascular

fitness. Yoga and Tai Chi are most useful for stretching and promoting a sense

of well-being.

Stress Reduction

Although stress cannot be totally eliminated from our lives, we can learn to

manage it more effectively. Any reduction in stress will be associated with an

improved sense of well-being and increased energy. The following are some

useful stress reduction techniques:

1. Identify causes of stress in your life and share your thoughts and feelings.

2. Remember: stress starts with one negative thought that grows, manifests and

multiplies. Stress manifests physically, but the cause is one negative thought

that compounds into a belief, which creates a discomfort in our life, which

becomes disease. Start compounding one positive thought and then another and

then another!

3. Simplify your responsibilities by setting priorities.

4. Do relaxation and meditation exercises.

5. Manage your time and conserve your energy.

6. Ask for help when needed.

7. Set both short-term and life goals for yourself.

8. Keep as active as possible both physically and mentally.

9. Recognize the things that you cannot change and work on things you can

change.

10.Make time for fun activities and maintain your sense of humor.

Vitamin and Mineral Supplements

Oleic and Linoleic Acids: These fatty acids have been reported to be

deficient in MS patients. There is an unconfirmed suggestion that supplementary

feeding of these fatty acids may slightly reduce the frequency of MS attacks.

These fatty acids are contained in Flaxseed oil Two tablespoons of flaxseed

oil, in divided doses, each day will provide you with these fatty acids and

give you the added benefit of a laxative. Or take 1,000 mg, twice a day if

flaxseed oil or fish oil in pill or gel pill form.

-Multi-vitamin (B Complex requirements)

-B vitamins* 25-50 milligrams (mg)

-Take this with 400 micrograms [mcg] of folic acid.

-Iron 8 mg The recommendation for iron for women is 18 mg.

-Iodine 150 mcg

-Zinc 10-15 mg

-Selenium 100-400 mcg

-Copper 2 mg

-Manganese 10 mg

-Chromium 200 mcg

-Vitamin E 400 international units (IU) The natural form of Vitamin E,

d-alpha-tocopherol, is preferred.

-Vitamin C (with rosehips) 2,000 - 4,000 mg (in divided doses)

-Vitamin A (beta carotene) 5,000-10,000 IU

-Calcium 1,500 mg (in divided doses, 1000mg in am, 500mg in pm)-

Vitamin D 400 IU (divided doses with calcium and magnesium)

-Magnesium 500 mg (divided doses with calcuim and Vitamin D, 250mg in am, 250mg

in pm)

Be careful not to take excessive doses of vitamin B6 because excessive doses of

this vitamin can produce sensory symptoms similar to those seen in MS.

High doses of vitamin A and D are toxic.

Vaccinations

There has traditionally been a concern that immunizations could worsen MS by

stimulating the immune system. With the exception of transient worsening

associated with fever or rare neurological complications known to be associated

with certain vaccines, there is no convincing evidence that immunizations make

MS patients worse. If immunizations are recommended by a doctor, they can

probably be undertaken safely. In general, immunizations should be delayed if

the person is experiencing an acute MS attack. However, in some

circumstances, such as when urgent vaccinations for tetanus or rabies are

required, immunizations should be given immediately. If questions arise, you

should discuss them further with your neurologist.

Mobility

The following are examples of mobile therapeutic strategies that help everyday

management of mobility-related symptoms.

Exercise Categories -- develop an individualized exercise program that is based

on your current needs and future goals. This may include yoga, exercises in a

gym, tai chi or Feldenkrais, as well as traditional forms of exercise such as

running, walking, biking, swimming or water aerobics. In some cases, exercises

can be carried out independently, with or without modification. In other

instances, certain more challenging exercises may require some assistance.

Stretching -- Frequently, persons with MS have spasticity, especially in their

lower extremities. This can cause the legs to stiffen if a regular stretching

program is not incorporated into the daily routine of activities. Stretching

exercises help to maintain or improve muscle length to allow greater

flexibility.

Coordination -- Coordination exercises are done to improve balance and ease of

purposeful movement. The degree of skill required to perform the exercises

varies. An appropriate program will be discussed with the individual MS

patient.

Strengthening -- Strengthening exercises are designed to build weakened muscles

to aid in moving and walking. While being beneficial, discretion is advised

when carrying out a strengthening program. For instance, if one has undergone a

vigorous session of exercising but is too tired to prepare dinner or do chores

that ordinarily can be done without difficulty, it may be necessary

to modify the program or space the activity more evenly throughout the day.

Upper Body Exercises -- These simple exercises are designed to promote

flexibility and muscle balance as well as to enhance upper extremity function.

If done correctly, they are appropriate for all stages of MS. Stretches are to

be done slowly, generally being held for approximately 20 - 40 seconds.

Nutrition

Good nutrition maximizes your energy, general sense of well-being and healing

capacities. A dietary routine also contributes to regular bowel habits.

A significant number of people with MS may have some degree of

mal-absorption. In one study, forty two percent of MS patients were shown to

have fat mal absorption, forty two percent were shown to have high levels of

undigested meat fibers in their feces, twenty- seven percent had abnormal sugar

absorption, and twelve percent had mal absorption of vitamin B12. A strict

vegetarian or vegan diet does not give you enough blood building nutrients to

build red blood cells or improve muscle strength.

Nutrient Cofactors:

-Grape Seed Extract

A powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.

-Coenzyme Q10

Needed for improved circulation and tissue oxygenation. Strengthens the immune

system.

-Bilberry Extract

Prevents oxidative damage to the capillaries. Especially helpful in

preventing cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration in the eyes.

-Ginkgo biloba

Acts as a powerful antioxidant that improves platelet function and blood flow

to the nervous system and enhances nerve cell function.

-Eat a diet high in protein and anti-inflammatory oils (nuts, seeds, and

cold-water fish).

-Eat orange, yellow, and dark green vegetables.

-Whole grains such as whole wheat, brown rice, oats and whole grain corn.

- Provide a fiber boost to the carbohydrates in your diet.

-Avoid food allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, citrus, tomatoes, corn,

chocolate, fish, and peanuts - eliminate these foods, then reintroduce one at a

time, watching for reactions.

-Many individuals with multiple sclerosis are sensitive to foods that contain

gluten.

-Eliminate or reduce refined foods, alcohol, caffeine, saturated fats (animal

products).

Swank Daily Diet Guidelines stated below:

Assist the body with nutrient absorption from foods and supplements by daily

including 1000 to 1600 mg of a digestive enzyme formula that contains

bromelain, papain, pancreatin, pepsin, betaine HCL, and ox bile (divided into

daily doses).

Supplement each day with a complete coverage of vitamins, minerals, amino

acids, and essential fatty acids (EFAs) for the body to uptake and use in daily

function and repair.

Tips for Improving Fatigue

1. Balance Your Day: set boundaries with work, family, friends, exercise. To

much of ANYTHING is not a good thing. Although we are constantly reminded that

MODERATION is the key, we seldom recognize

it in ourselves. Plan your day out on paper. Divide your time evenly and stick

to it.

2. Improve How You Work: work smart. Do not allow the " fires you put out " each

day to become uncontrollable. Allow a certain amount of time for these issues

as well as new projects, clients or meetings.

3. Get Exercise: If you are saying, how can I exercise, when I am so tired.

This is all the more reason why you need to jump start your metabolism.

Exercise is what your body instinctively wants to do especially under stress:

fight or flight, and it works. It burns off some of the stress chemicals which

tension produces. Therefore, a tired muscle is a relaxed muscle. Regular

exercise builds stamina that can help anyone battle stress. But even something

as

casual as a walk around the block can help you burn off some of the tension

that you carrying around.

4. Take A Look At Food: Carbohydrates provide glucose for energy. Excessive

carbohydrates can increase blood sugar levels to dangerous levels, which then

makes your body shut down to protect itself. Protein is important because it

allows the brain to synthesis the neurotransmitters dopamine and

norepinephrine, which help keep your mind attentive and alert. Excessive

protein levels make the organs of digestion work much harder to process this

food and robs

your energy stores. Find the balance for YOU. Listen to your body! It will tell

you what makes you feel good and what does not. Especially in the long term. If

you have issues with excess heat, look at eating foods that have a cooling

nature. If you have excess cold, look at eating foods that have a warming

nature. Neutral foods help to regulate our system.

5. Prepare for Better Sleep: Over thinking is a culprit that will rob you of

great energizing and restorative sleep. Turn off that mind by starting to wind

down early. Give yourself " quiet time " . Utilize the power of peaceful music, a

good book, diffusing essential oils, warm milk or tea before you lay down.

6. Manage Your Best Energy Times: Take advantage of your natural energy highs.

Do your most strenuous work, thinking, planning, exercise when you have our

greatest energy. Note the time of day when you feel your best and when you feel

your worse. Expand your energy where it is most needed, pull back where you

feel you can.

7. Keep Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, especially on hot, dry, windy days.

If you're doing strenuous exercise, drink some fluids before the activity

begins. You should also drink at regular intervals (every 20 minutes or so)

during your activity and after the activity ends.

8. Limit Time You Sit Down: Reduce sedentary behaviors such as watching

television and using computers. Being in one place for long periods actually

slows metabolism and energy production.

9. Learn To Do Nothing: Our urge to drive ourselves to greater

accomplishments, creates other issues such as exhaustion. Create/allow a few

hours in your week to simply relax and do nothing. If you cannot find a few

hours, it is time to rethink your priorities and commitments.

10. View Your Lifestyle: If illness is not the cause of your fatigue, then it

is a lifestyle issue. Are you creating unnecessary stress for yourself? Are

there ongoing problems in your life that may be causing prolonged anxiety or

depression? Consider counseling or talking about your issues with family,

career personal or your

doctor. Find the issues that are taking you away from a vital, energetic life!

The following methods address the mental/emotional/intangible healing

methods for degenerative dis-eases. They can be used for coping with stress,

understanding the body on a deeper/etheric level and can help us look a little

closer at the micro-atomic level

of dis-ease.

Energy Medicine

The power of the intangible has taken hold. For centuries, energy medicine

has been around and accepted in many cultures. From the doshas and Chakras of

Tibetan and Indian cultures to the Meridians and Qi of Chinese and Japanese

medical practices.

Energy therapies are becoming much more of an interest to a Western world

that has spent so much time dissecting the parts of the whole. Allopathic

medicine has made great and life saving advances within

the past century. Many of which, we should embrace.

Where Western medicine falls short, is in its disbelief of the intangible

whole. The sub-atomic and minute particles that make-up a world we have not

begun to understand could just be the basis of our healing capacity.

Now, Western medicine is doing more research and starting to see actual

biochemical reactions, which our brain experiences when we undergo such energy

therapies such as Touch Therapies, Meditation, Acupuncture, Guided Imagery and

Energy Work!

Physicists explain how energy supersedes all matter. Matter is energy

vibrating at a frequency that resonates with our optic nerve therefore allowing

us

to see the energy as solid matter. Therefore,

by harmonizing energies, the law of cause and effect will take care of the

matter by itself.

Vibrational Tuning

Vibrational medicine, which validates that everything in the Universe is in

a state of vibration and the frequency at which an object or person most

naturally vibrates is called resonance.

The human ear can detect a minimal range of vibration between 20 to 20,000

cycles per second (cps) or Hertz (Hz). A standard measure of frequency is

Hertz, abbreviated Hz. It means " cycles per second. "

Compare this to the vibrations dolphins or even mice can detect, which is up

to 100,000 (cps) and you realize how much more of our " Universal Symphony "

we are missing out on.

The rate at which something vibrates, determines how dense it is and how we

perceive it to be.

Therefore, different things vibrate at different rates or frequencies. These

things can be perceived as sound, light or color or solid matter. There is

even a " hum " to the Earth. Known as the Schumann Resonance. The

lowest-frequency (and highest-intensity) mode of the Schumann resonance is at a

frequency

of approximately 7.8 Hz. This particular frequency just so happens to be

associated with the

Alpha waves in our brain, which are most associated with our meditative

state. " When your alpha is within normal ranges we tend to also experience good

moods, see the world truthfully, and have a sense of calmness. You can

increase alpha by closing your eyes or deep breathing or decrease alpha by

thinking

or calculating.

There is an energy field that surrounds all things. This energy field

contains all the information that makes up your body, thoughts and emotions.

There

is an energy field, which also surrounds the earth. Research has shown us

that the earth's electromagnetic energy field on the body's subtle energies can

produce immediate and positive responses!

The human energy field is a symphony of sound, frequencies and energetic

matter. From our auric field and Chakra centers, bones, and organs in the body,

all possess a different resonant frequency. When

an organ or part of the body is vibrating out of tune or non-harmoniously,

it is called " dis ease " or disease. A body is in a healthy state of being when

each cell, each organ creates a resonance that is in harmony with the whole

being.

Vibrational medicine is based on the idea that all illness or disease is

characterized by blockage in the channels on some level, either in nadis,

meridians, arteries, veins, or nerves When there is a

blockage, the organ in question stops vibrating at a healthy frequency and

thus it results in some kind of illness. So, through sound and light, one can

break up, dissolve and release these blockages that initiate in our light or

etheric body.

Ultra sound has been used medically for almost two decades as a diagnostic

tool by pediatricians while the baby is in the very early stages of fetal

development. More recently, ultrasound is being used to cleanse clogged

arteries.

Ultrasound works on the same principle of light equals sound and tone equals

radiance manifesting in form.

Entrainment Theory

There is a rhythm to life! From the beat of our hearts to the beat of the

streets, everything around us is set to it's own timing. There is a natural

tendency in nature towards harmony.

When something is not in sync, has dissonance or dischord, we know it and

can sense or feel it. This creates disharmony between two people or a person

and their environment.

When our energies are in sync, this resonance is very apparent. For example,

being near someone who is calm, often makes us calm. Being in someone's home

that is arranged beautifully, can create a sense of

peace. Women who tend to live in close proximity to one another, often

become in sync with their menstrual cycles. Couples in a relationship tend to

start talking, acting and even looking like each other after time. These are

all

examples of entrainment.

The principle of entrainment is universal. Appearing in chemistry,

pharmacology, biology, medicine, psychology, sociology, astronomy, architecture

and

more. The classic example shows individual pulsing

heart muscle cells. When they are brought close together, they begin pulsing

in synchronicity. Another example of the entrainment effect is women who

live in the same household often find that their menstrual cycles will

coincide.

The entrainment process is quite evident in music. It is possible to have

rhythmic entrainment, melodic entrainment and dynamic entrainment. Entrainment

music has the potential to (1) resonate with

the listener's feelings, (2) transform negativity into positivity, and (3)

promote a state of liveliness or serenity. Certain sounds, in specific

sequence can help bring the listener from one place to another.

Entrainment is the tendency of two oscillating bodies to lock into phase, so

that they vibrate in harmony.

Creating Harmony

Entrainment is an active process. By changing your rhythm and it's

frequency, this changes your vibration. Here are some great exercises and tips

for creating harmony in your life NOW!

1. Deep breathing: Slow rhythmic breathing allows you to decrease your heart

rate, respiration and therefore, slowing down brainwaves, altering the overall

state of your body.

2. Humming: Humming with your own voice can improve health, greatly reduce

stress, release negative emotions, strengthen immune system, increase energy

and improve self-confidence. This allows you to tune

into our own vibration and create peace.

3. Meditation: Fold your hands in your lap and close your eyes, right where you

are. Take a few slow deep breaths. Let go of the tension in your neck and

shoulders. Focus on a word or phrase (mantra) or followthe rise and fall of

your chest.

4. Musical Rhythms: music is one of the best ways to create harmony in your

life. Find music, which suits the mood you wish to create. Slow and relaxing,

sensual and romantic, fast and energetic. Music

naturally entrains the mood of the soul.

5. Color Therapy: By concentrating on a particular healing color, it is the

visualization of that color that will be projected. If we focus on a color, the

energy emanates from our body and begins to change the frequency that resonates

with that particular color.

6. Energy Cycles: The Cycles in Nature are important when doing any kind of

entrainment work. When working with the energy of natural cycles, you are

likely to get better results. The cycles of the moon

and tides have great power. This influence is not a constant, unchanging thing,

however, and an understanding of the basic lunar cycles can help us to

understand how these cycles influence our

lives.

7. Understand Your Biorhythms: Biorhythms are a method to predict three cycles

in your life based on your birthday. These cycles are the physical, emotional

and intellectual cycle. Each of these cycles

goes through different phases: high, low and critical.

8. Seasonal Healing: is one of the best ways to remind ourselves that it is

time to evaluate our health. Our moods and bodies change as the seasons change.

Our past cultures have learned how to harmonize their bodies with the world

around them.

9. Circadian Rhythm: This is our internal daily biological clock. This clock

can be influenced by many different elements, such as light and darkness, time

of day and temperature.

10. Exercise: Exercise is what your body instinctively wants to do

especially under stress: fight or flight, and it works. It burns off some of

the stress chemicals which tension produces. Therefore, a tired muscle is a

relaxed muscle. Regular exercise builds stamina that can help anyone battle

stress. But even something as casual as a walk around the block can help you

burn off some of the tension that you carrying around.

The Energy Process: Healing With Thought

*To fully appreciate this, one must learn to view the body as a vast energy

field with positive and negative poles.

*Remember: " Energy follows thought " . The imagery of visualization is very

powerful! As your client breathes, you may tell them to inhaling and exhaling

through the energy points. This will charge the aura,

chakra and energy centers and surrounding organs with vital energy.

*While meditating, you may choose to have them visualize the corresponding

color of each energy point saturating and balancing each part of their body.

*You may utilize the vibrational power of sound or music during your

session. The body will enhance a positive, reconnecting flow of energy, which

will allow your or your client to bring up, recognize

and clear emotional blocks.

*Remember the power of scent can be used to enhance the experience. Use

essential oil on the pulse points or diffuse it into the air. Burn soothing

incense or one of the many sacred herbs such as sage,

cedar, or lavender.

*Use reiki energy, qigong or breath work to increase your healing session and

helping yourself or the client to prepare themselves to step back into the real

world with less tension, stress and

apprehension.

*Give a powerful prayer or affirmation, one that will empower your patient to

move forward.

*Acupuncture has shown to be very helpful for dealing with symptoms that pop

up, as well as boosting the immune system, improving circulation, stimulating

brain function by accessing the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and

boosting energy, coordination and muscle function.

Crystals: Rhodonite and Watermelon Tourmaline, both stones are believed to work

on the muscular skeletal system and therefore are beneficial for degenerative

disorders and autoimmune disorders such

as lupus, chronic fatigue and multiple sclerosis.

Quartz is the master healer and next to Calcite, are two of the stones most

closely related to our own body composition. The clearer the quartz, the better

and calcite should be chosen for the color associated with the part of the body

that is having the most difficult. See associated areas and colors according to

the Chakra correspondence:

http://www.peacefulmind.com/energy_medicine.htm

Eilat healing stones are a unique mixture of Chrysocolla, Malachite,

Turquoise, Silver and Native Copper. This stone has the ability to create,

store and conduct energy. It also can maintain this activity

for many, many years. Eliat Stone also has an uncanny ability to absorb many

types of pain.

Stones with magnetic properties have been found to help improve circulation by

moving blood (and Qi) and can be very helpful with pain syndromes in general:

Hematite is one of the most mystical of all gemstones. This stone is cold to

the touch even in the heat of summer and worn as a bracelet to cool the blood.

Magnet Therapy can increase blood flow and circulation and that it can help

speed up the healing process and alleviate pain. The Human body contains a

magnetic charge that is essential for it to

function. Magnetic Hematite is also very good for magnetic therapy. Try a neck

massage with a pair and feel what magnets can do for you. They can also be

directly bandaged onto an affected area or onto acupressure points.

Massage Therapy not only treats those parts of you, which are a problem, but

also affects the whole of your metabolism through normalizing your circulatory,

muscular and nervous systems and their interdependent functioning.

Massage is usually done with soothing massage oils or relaxing body lotions in

order for the practitioner's hands to " glide " over the body with smooth,

relaxing strokes.

Technique: Massage for multiple sclerosis can help clear lactic acid and

improve circulation. With a crystal wand or tumblestone (use one of the stones

above) try gently tapping along the meridians or massaging affected areas in

small gentle clockwise circles.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy is recommended for this condition. It is an ancient

Ayurvedic therapy with riverbed stones, which draw out stress, tension and

impurities from the body.

Meridian Therapy: Traditional detoxifies the body system

through the organs, primarily:

The Lung and Large Intestine

In TCM, the lungs are an organ system that opens directly to the exterior. It's

function is to regulate and control the breath through inhalation and

exhalation. Because of its opening through the nose, the lungs are easily

susceptible to cold, heat, dryness, dampness, and most of all, heat and wind.

This can effect the biggest organ of the body; the skin. The lung's

relationship with the large intestine is what we take in, we must use and let

go of. The lung is closely related to the San Jiao channel.

The San Jiao is a traditional Chinese medical (TCM) concept of a functional

organ that is not found outside of TCM). However, from the meaning of the

original word, which is the texture beneath skin and between muscles, there has

been some proposed theories stating that this conceptual organ corresponds to

the lymphatic system. San Jiao has been translated as " triple heater, " triple

warmer (or three warmers), " and " triple burner, " the latter of which is

probably favored because of the involvement of the San Jiao in metabolism

(burner meaning " metabolize " ). Use red stones such as ruby, garnet, fire agate

or jasper on the top of the arm, two finger breathes above the wrist and on the

middle of the shoulder bladders at SJ 11.

Emotional Detox

Clear these meridians with such grids as the Chakra grid, Heart and Mind grid

and the Infinite Circuit. An Aura balancing layout acts as a great cleanser.

Chakra balancing stimulates the seven main energy sources, which govern all the

major organs and psychologically alters and clears the body's energy in order

to allow healing to take place. This means that the polarities of the crystal

will change when subjected to pressure or heat (even body heat from the hands).

This will radiate energy from the crystal due to this reversal of

polarities. It provides the transfer, storage and transformation of energy. It

offers a balanced energy field, an energy modification, which amplifies both

energy and thought, clarity in thinking, and harmony and alignment with the

Chakra energy areas.

Aura cleansing works with our outer energy layers. These layers are first

affected before we may even know or physically feel symptoms. Lay crystals at

the areas that influence the aura. Do a scan with a clear quartz point to sense
