Guest guest
How to Prevent Breast Cancer ============================ Those who are with low levels of vitamin D intake or similar nutrients are more likely to be affected and die of breast cancer. Our studies show that patients who do regular sunbathing have higher chance of recovery from breast cancer. As everybody knows, our skin makes vitamin D from sunlight exposure, specifically from ultraviolet B exposure to the skin. Of course, too much sunlight can cause skin cancer. How about 15 minutes of exposure a day to sunlight? It is better than no sunbath at all. Here you should know more about vitamin D. Vitamin D from foods and vitamin supplements may not contain the form called vitamin D3. Vitamin D from sunshine contains better vitamin called vitamin D3, which is more effective for breast cancer treatment. Enough vitamin D in the blood can at least slow down the development of breast cancer in around 10-15 years of time, but if vitamin D is insufficient in the blood, your life is at risk. Furthermore, vitamin D is not only a remedy for spreading breast cancer but is also good for other cancers such as prostate cancer. For your information, about 500-2,000 IU (international units) of vitamin D is recommended. However, we still recommend more from foods such as mushroom, salmon and sardines, and cow's milk. Aside from vitamin D, various research groups recommend exercise for teens, probably starting as young as 10-12 years old. This may protect them as well as boost their immune system when they are grown. Of course, daily exercise is not only for young people but also for women who are at menopausal stage. This will dramatically lower the risk of contracting breast cancer according to some data. Exercise reduces pounds, especially after menopause. Medical groups believe that obesity contributes to estrogen and lead to breast cancer risk. --------------------------- About the Author: Junji Takano is a Japanese health researcher involved in investigating the cause of various diseases since 1960. Guest guest
I know many cases where regular practice of yoga and pranayam have not only prevented breast cancer but have even cured it. You can learn yoga and pranayam by viewing Baba Ramdevji's camps on Aastha Channel available in 170 or more countries or by buying his VCD or book on that subject which are also available at Patanjali Chikitsalayas running in most of those countries. Of course, your family vaidya must be consulted first in addition to the online advice that you might get in response to your query on line. Guest guest
Good Yoga exercises are ones that open the chest, e.g. camel pose, fish pose, cobra, backward bends. It could be considered that cancer occurs because of poor prana circulation in the area. Many women become quite guarded in the chest area for emotional reasons; and also physical tension can arise because of poor posture and long periods of computer/desk work. Ayurvedic self-massage of the breast and armpit area are excellent for stimulating circulation and prana. Use an oil that is suitable for your body type (dosha). Long periods of wearing bras and tight clothes also restrict circulation, and most women would no doubt benefit from spending at least part of the day bra-less. It is important to address strong emotions, especially those of loss or grief; as they can be triggers of depressed immunity. Try to get emotional and/or spiritual support. Pranayama is great, and a good exercise is to visualise the breath entering the front of the chest into the heart space.. As you breathe out, feel or visualise the prana (or light or whatever is easy for you) spreading out to the breasts. Good anti-cancer diet includes colourful veggies and fruits, spices such as cloves, ginger and turmeric, and good fats like ghee or coconut oil. Cut down carbohydrates and sugar. Maintain a good immune system by managing stress and taking Rasayana herbs.
