Guest guest
Welcome back... your friend sounds like that until the diet is cleaned up and probably a cleanse, all you will be doing is "bandaiding the problem" However, For your hypothyroidism you can use 3 parts of mullein and 1 part Lobelia inflata and use it as a fomentation over your thyroid. Leaving it on all night - six nights a week - until you obtain relief. You can also make a tea of this same herbal formula and drink a cup 2 - 3 times a day. For a more natural iodine source take kelp. Guest guest
Hi, Aimee Someone I once worked with had wonderful success with acupuncture for her hyperthyroidism. The doctor also had her on Chinese herbs and on her own she took Carnitine. I remember this well because I have low thyroid and was taking Carnitine for weight loss and she told me to get off of it since it could lower thyroid function (which you wouldn't expect from something that helps weight loss, right?).
