methylxanthines in Ayurvedic herbs

Does anyone know of any indigenous Indian herbs that contain

naturally high amounts of methylxanthines, i.e. caffeine,

theobromine, etc? Many cultures had some kind of " pick-me-up " , be it

guarana, kola, tea, maté, coffee, etc., but so far I haven't found

any from India. Whatever might have been used at one time, if at

all, has long been supplanted by tea and coffee.

Thanks in advance...
