hi mayuri

sounds like amavata, with aggravations of pitta and vata

kaishore guggulu and triphala should help, with yogarajaguggulu for

pain and support

at my clinic i use two ayurvedic products called rheumat and triphala

plus (www.sewanti.com), along a host of other supportive approaches

including EFAs, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other important

herbs

diet should be light and easily digestible, and avoid heavy, greasy

foods like milk, ghee, and fatty meats

esp. avoid sugar and flour products

try sticking to a simply diet of soups, steamed vegetables and kitchari

a course of juice fasting for 4-5 days with detoxifying vegetables

like celery, beet, carrot, cilantro, ginger and fresh turmeric should

prove helpful

Dear Online friend,

Though I am not a vaidya, in addition to the expert

advice from learned vaidyas on line, may I suggest a

simple exercise that can be done effortlessly the way

a child does like moving its hands or feet

automatically without thinking that it is doing some

exercise.

The exercises are detailed at www.atbsnr.com. You may

visit the links on a) The Technique with simple do's

and don'ts, b) Patient Feedback and c) In The Press.

You will find that many patients have been benefited

for various swellings and leg pains.

Don't force your self to do it. Just try them the way

you feel comfortable and pleased, not if it pains.

Begin doing slowly so that it will cause no pain but

only pleasure. When pain disappears with or without

medicine, start doing it again.

If still you find any problem in doing that, please

feel free to let me know so that I may perhaps be able

to tell you a little more about it.

I really feel sorry that you are suffering so much. May

God help you do get ver it soon!
