First Liver Cleanse

Dear OneLove:

 

 

I did my first liver cleanse Friday night and did not see any

stones, woke up with a large cold sore and my face is very red. Am I

just very congested? Do I still need to do the post colonic? I used

Gold Coin Grass for 3 weeks before instead of the apple juice. Maybe

the results are better with apple juice.

 

I am going to do the ayurvedic cleanse and try the liver flush again

in a couple of weeks with the apple juice.

 

I am so glad that I found this group and all the info here. looking

forward to being cured.

Congratulations on your first cleanse. I would have to

say that your experience indicates deep congestion. I

do not have experience with gold coin grass. I always

used apple juice.

 

Yes, you do need to do the post colonic or colema. I'm

glad you found the information here of value.

Additional cleanses will remove the layers of

congestion. Please keep us posted and always feel free

to ask any questions.
