I am feeling frustrated as I use vitamins and supplements for my husband, myself, cats, and my Newfoundland. I cannot imagine us living without them. Senators ALWAYS respond in " politicalese. " If they did NOT make their entire living being politicians---if they had other jobs to go back to once their LIMITED terms in office were ended, maybe they would speak plain English occasionally. The old fella that owned it knew more about nutrition and supplement formulation than anyone I had ever met. Nor have I met anyone to surpass him. The issue was broiling at that time. The AMA will never be happy with alternative therapy available unchecked.. unregulated. Doesn't mean we should stop fighting the idea. If doctors (md's) were to have mandatory nutrition classes, it might be different. If the idea of $urgery were not so blinding. It's all about $$$ and power. We know that. We need to educate the general public. The ones that think 1-a-day is worth their money. The ones that think accupuncture and chiropractic are unsafe.
