smile greeting everybody,

 

I am writing my first post , as these are just simple method to cure

yourself and I hope all will enjoy it to cure one self.

 

 

Question -1 - How To Overcome Stress - ie working for many hours

daily with a result lot of anxiety, stress and headache problems ?

 

Answer - 1- -To combat such problems, simply touch the tip of your

thumb with that of the index finger of any hand, or both the hands,

gently (all these points on our fingertips correspond to our brain).

After a few seconds, one can feel pulsation at these points.

 

If one don't feel relaxed, then touch the tips of all fingers of

both the hands.Repeated this action for few times and see the

miraculous result.

 

This is called Gyana Mudra and is related to Sujok Acupuncture

Therapy (by prof park jae woo of Korea ?.

 

Note - A cup of coffee or tea also works. However, as a precaution

avoid citrus fruits, pickles, especially lemon. Instead take tomato

 

 

 

 

Question -2 - For ashtamatic attacks and breathlessness ?

 

Ans - 2 -Join all the four fingers of your hand and pump the

lifeline (because in this region of palm, our heart and lungs come).

Repeat this exercise with both hands, at least ten times. One can

easily overcome the asthmatic attack or breathlessness with this

simple stimulation of points

 

Note -Each finger's middle phalange or portion is related to our

lungs. Red colour for breathlessness and brown for organic cough.

Draw the shape of lungs on any finger and fill it with the required

colour (use any marker ?

 

 

 

 

Question - 3 -Backage ?

 

Ans - 3 - Put pressure or massage the backside of any finger (just

below your nail) to ease your pain and stiffness. Whenever pain is

acute, massage these points for few minutes and mark the change. You

can also rub the back of any finger with a pen or pencil for instant

result.

 

Note -Avoid Long Sittings -- So, try and get up from your chair

after every 30 minutes or an hour for drinking water, urination, or

even for a stroll. Sit with your spine (both back and neck)

straight. Never get up with a jerk from your chair or your bed. Turn

to your left or right and then get up.

 

Use western toilets. Before going to bed drink a glass of hot milk

(without sugar) with a quarter spoon turmeric

 

 

 

 

Question - 4 - Constipation - ?

 

Ans - 4 - Hang one hand down and massage or apply pressure on it

from the wrist joint's centre till the middle finger, with tip of

the thumb. Repeat this action for minimum ten times and get a

wonderful result.

 

Note -To ease up one system, have a glass of hot milk before going

to bed, or boil a glass of water with a green cardamom (elaichi),

drink it as hot as you can.

 

Drinking fresh lime (mausami) juice, eating papaya with rock salt

(kala namak) too works wonder. One who is not diabetic can go for

half or one spoon of honey or jaggery, after every meal.

 

If somehow , somebody is trying and there is no effect , then he can

write his query in the post column of this group and accordingly I

will answer it.
