Dear Holistic Healers,

 

Here is a good and encouraging news of simple nature

cure, a 3 to 5 minute spinal yoga that not only

relaxes but also makes one enjoy blissful wellness. It

helps prevent as well as cure chronic cases of

migraine within a short time, i.e. about a week or so.

Time taken for a full cure might take less or more

time depending on the patients about how sincerely and

meticulously the yogic exercises are done and the

simple do's and don'ts are followed.
