Dear Holistic Healer Friends,

 

I am proud to forward this email from Dr. Rajesh

Tiwari who is a senior scietist in the Director's

cadre of DRDO (Defence Research & Development Org.) of

the Indian Army. For months together, he was not

getting much relief from back etc., pain. But advised

him to continue the simple yogic exercises ATBSNR,

there being no harm in spending a few minutes doing

some enjoyable thing. Ultimately, the God-given gift

of ATBSNR did work for him. It is worth reading the
