Guest guest
Hi all- thanks for your help in the past with this. I decided to go with CoQ10 and it works quite well. The problem, is that I wonder if there is a way to get over them all together? When I take them daily (about 100mg twice a day), I do great. But if I miss a day or 2, they are really bad again. HELP! I hate the way they make me feel- physically and emotionally. Guest guest
--- Sindea, We have found that EPO is helpful. My dh had unbelievable panic attacks previously. He's doing great on the EPO. ;-) JoAnn " sindea.horste " <sindea.horste@v...> wrote: > Hi all- thanks for your help in the past with this. I decided to go with CoQ10 and it works quite well. Guest guest
Thanks Marianne- I do have them where I will remember to take them. Part of the problem is I need to take them after I have eaten and often I only remember when I am hungry! I am working on it... Also I am wanting to figure out if there is a way to never get them again, to heal my body of them. Do not know if this is possible, since I believe it is mostly due my mitral valve prolapse. Stress does not help, either!
