I am always looking for knowledge on natural vitamins, herbs, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, etc. Also I feel I need all the knowledge I can gain so if someone I know or care about gets ill, I can say I read this and it said this...you get the idea. I have allergies and it seems that with my body constantly fighting things that I'm allergic to, that I catch bacteria and virus infections easier than most (my dr says there is nothing wrong with my immune system). Thus, even though I take most of the items listed above, I continue to search.
