Dear Rob,

I can't take allopurionl so meat makes me hobble in my knees.

I tried that high protein diet and it brought on the goutl

On my gout diet I can't eat fish meat, chicken, most beans, soy, etc.

I can eat green beans and peas and corn and salad vegetables and sweets

and white bread.

I do use extra virgin oilive oil. I just bought four pounds of real

butter.

I can't add salt or my blood pressure goies up. I have to use a lot of

garlic powder and Mrs. Dash. I eat hardly any bread or sweets lately.

My source of protein is l per cent milk, eggs and a tiny bit of cheese.

To keep from getting the shakes I eat two teaspoonfuls of one-third less

fat crealm cheese. LOve. MArge.

Need help for gout? Eat cherries, black cherries are better, but all cherries

are good.
