I had tried CS a few years back, took it faithfully, and never noticed any change in my health at all. Maybe I took the wrong dose/strength? Can you tell me if I were to buy it in a store (no way I can buy a machine to make my own at this time)- what brand,strength, does, etc should I go for? And is it safe while nursing? I ask because many things cause mega detox and the detox can be bad for the baby...
