Guest guest
Going through my old emails, I came across this from the Wolfe Clinic. The website they refer to is still up and running, and has a lot of material on it. Certainly a powerful recommendation below. Any comments? .. . . healthtips(Dr Darrell L Wolfe) Wed, Feb 28, 2007, 4:47pm (CDT-3) To: A Note From Dr. Wolfe Hi Folks, Typically, I do not recommend very many books. I will make exceptions, though, for books I consider to be " must read " for anyone interested in finding the truth about serious health issues or wanting to discover ways to maintain their vital health. One such book is titled " Cancer -- Step Outside the Box " , available at: http://www.CancerTruth.net. Over the past couple of months, I have come to know an incredibly talented author, Ty Bollinger. Ty is a former, very successful competitive bodybuilder out of Texas. He is also an astute cancer researcher and has compiled an astounding book on alternative cancer treatments. His motivation for writing " Cancer -- Step Outside the Box " is clear; he lost his mother, father, both grandfathers, grandmother, cousin and an uncle to cancer. As it is for many others who will read this article, his is a familiar story similar to my own. This book is truly unique, as it combines a thorough, warm and intelligent description of a very personal journey with amazing insights into the causes and cures for cancer. I have not read another book written by a lay person (non-doctor) which so captures the essence of alternative cancer treatments and the Medical Establishment while also displaying such a thorough understanding of the disease and its complexities. Originally published in 2006 and revised and updated in February 2007, " Cancer -- Step Outside the Box " is remarkably easy-to-read. As a matter of fact, I could not put the book down -- and that is saying a lot, since most books on cancer and cancer treatments are dry and boring. Mr. Bollinger presents the information in a clear, concise manner that does not get bogged down in medical terminology. This is an informative book for navigating the maze of cancer aspects and cancer treatments. The author's research ability and writing style are superb. He has collected all the data on the history of alternative cancer treatments and prepared this critical information for you in a surprisingly understandable and easy-to-read style. The fact is that there are thousands of excellent websites on alternative cancer treatments -- but this book eloquently summaries this vital information and puts it into an animated and understandable format. I recently spoke to a nurse about this book, and here is what she said, " The author has done a brilliant job of breaking down 'doctorese' into concepts and language that make sense to non-doctors. His description of the very complex Krebs Cycle (through which cells take in and use nourishment) should be understandable for any eighth-grader. " Mr. Bollinger not only explains all aspects of cancer, but he has included numerous references to other books, Internet links and phone numbers for contacting various clinics for further information. Having all these resources at one's fingertips is a tremendous asset and time saver. I believe you will find it as hard to put this book down as I did. Frank Cooper of Australia, author of Cholesterol & French Paradox, states, " This book stands out because it is so compelling and enjoyable to read. It's easy to relate to this book, because the author shares his experiences with his parents in a very emotional way and make you feel as though the characters were your own parents and family. The book deserves five stars, because of its compelling insight into cancer treatment and the flaws in today's healthcare system. " According to Bill Henderson of the USA, author of Cure Your Cancer, " What makes this book so superbly useful is that Ty gives you the complete explanation of the background of the treatment & ndash; who discovered it, exactly how it works, what type of cancer it should be used for & ndash; and then tells you how to order the substance or contact the clinic or medical professional who can administer it. Believe me, you cannot find this information in as complete and current a form anywhere else -- not even in my own books. Just buy it. You won't be sorry. " I believe that this is a truly amazing book that everybody with cancer should read. Family members who have been touched by this disease will undoubtedly find in it inspiration and hope. This is not just a book -- it is a treasure. Every cancer patient, his or her family and the medical personnel who interact with these patients should have a copy of " Cancer -- Step Outside the Box " . If there were a cancer book for " dummies " this would be it. The cancer patient should grab a copy of this book and keep it in hand from day one. Caregivers and family members will also find this book a wonderful resource. If you or a loved one has cancer, this book should be on your list for immediate perusal. It is required reading. I cannot stress this enough. There is no other book which presents this subject in layman's terms with the thoroughness of Mr. Bollinger's book. This book can be found at http://www.CancerTruth.net. The EBook version will soon be available at www.ShopTheWolfeClinic.com. Best of Health! Dr. Darrell Wolfe P.S. I have asked Mr. Bollinger to put together a monthly cancer newsletter. You can expect to receive it next month and every month thereafter for the remainder of 2007. I did this because most of us are given only one side of the cancer story. I want you to be fully educated and armed with the proper tools to fight and prevent cancer. There is no need to live in constant fear. Also, please download my " Overnight Chronic Illness Fast " for further insight into the causes of chronic illnesses and cancer. Dr. Darrell L Wolfe, Ac.
