An EXCELLENT set of questions from a very aware observation.

 

I would also like to add a question- why spray then of all times

when such long planned outdoor activities are taking place?

 

The questions you raise are many of the ones that drive me.. Does

anyone else feel this is puzzle peice worth further attention?
