Regardless of who each of us individually wanted to win, I think we can all agree that we want a fair and impartial process... No, it isn't. Some states like Fla. and Texas do not allow convicted felons to ever vote. In some other states convicted felons regain their right to vote after release. Reportedly, Fla. was preventing even folks who had been given the right again. There is a whole lot more info on the alleged shenanigans. Denise On the down side of this article, near the end it mentions how people with a criminal record were excluded, but isn't that the way the law reads, if you get convicted don't you lose your right to vote?
