Thank you very much Eloise...

Nope, I am too lazy and it is much more convenient to buy them together as one

remedy than to have to put them all together myself... :)

Best Wishes,

Do you use them individually daily or the BioPlasma which is a combination

of the 12? I'd never thought about taking them daily,

I don't know anything about prespiration because I

never prespired until recently, after I started eating

Celtic sea salt. I never craved salt until I tasted

Celtic sea salt. I craved the taste of Celtic sea salt

so much I was mixing it in water to drink as a

beverage. That went on for a month or so. Now I don't

crave the Celtic salt but I have started sweating in a

normal fashion for the first time in my life. Before I

only sweated if I worked out for an hour and then only

lightly.

My body feels like it has restored its salt balance

somehow. After learning about Celtic salt, I would

not use table salt for anything except perhaps as a

soak in the tub. There is no comparison between table

salt and the Celtic sea salt, which is a complex,

natural mixture of salts. I wonder what Celtic salt

would do for a person who sweats too much?
