Guest guest
Hi, Unless people revert to living before they got jobs (ones that want you to start before 9am), the circadian sleep cycle is always going to be interrupted. 8 hours maximum should be spent asleep (the body starts to decondition otherwise), less or slightly more according to your sleep cycle, which means early to bed in the summer, and late in the winter (which is against all convention really). Almost all the rest is sound advice apart from having a bath before bed, which (unless a cold bath) has the effect of raising body temperature which actually makes it harder to fall asleep.
