Guest guest
To All, I have been doing research on this issue for some time. And all the truth is still not out there! So if you have any question please call or email me directly. " For years we've been told fat is bad and carbohydrates are good. But now new research from Harvard says we've been fed the wrong information. " http://health.family.org/women_men/articles/A0001261.html Can we believe them now? I have found some things that are just too sick to write about. I just want to know the truth and yes I believe the people behind this one knew the truth long ago. I believe this is some of the truth but there is so much more that we have either been lied to or just been given a good sales pitch. I see many of you have some of the truth but I want to put some of these people that have lied to us in jail. Don't you? Remember even some of what is written here is a lie! It is a lie because the people who started all this knew but did not tell the rest of the people and allowed it to happen! So are they now telling us that they didn't know this long ago? What happened? We lost our health because they knew: Vitamins A, D, and E are fat-soluble — fat is needed for them to be absorbed. Now go look up what happens to your body if you don't have vitamin D. The other problem that you most likely will not read about is when your body is in need of something, it tells you that it is hungry, so you eat and when you don't get what it needs it tells you that it is still hungry! Now you know why there are so many people over weight. Read the rest of the story post next: " For years we've been told fat is bad and carbohydrates are good. But now new research from Harvard says we've been fed the wrong information. Diets, such as the bagel and pasta diet, tout slim waistlines but they can have the opposite effect and sometimes increase your risk for heart disease or diabetes. So what should you eat? Researchers say get your carbohydrates from fresh fruits and veggies instead of starches. Eating nuts, seeds, beans, olive oil, avocados and fish is good for you and may make you healthier. Stay away from saturated animal fats, which are found in red meat and dairy products — along with the big culprit, trans-fatty acids. They're often found in vegetable shortening, margarine and many processed foods. And if you see " partially-hydrogenated " on the label - it's best to stay away. After studying the diets of more than 100,000 people, the researches found that those who ate according to these new recommendations lowered the risk of chronic disease by 30 to 40 percent. So sometimes, it is healthy to chew the fat — as long as it's the right kind. More Information: Article: Fat: It's Essential Article: Extra Fat With That?
