It should include some magnesium. I like coral cal/mag trace minerals. I sell it but I understand that Wal Mart sells it for less. You might check there. If you can't find that, it is the same thing I think, (Lapacho) as Pau d'arco - make a pot of tea and drink it throughout the day, hot or cold, it will cleanse the blood and balance the pH, and the canker sores will go away. You can get pau d'arco at any health food store. I recommended this to a friend who was suffering so badly, her mouth was full of sores and she could not eat. They cleared up completely within a few days. Also it is very healthful as a preventive measure. These sores can last about one week on the inside of the cheek, lips or guns. Myrrh can dry and repair canker sores and speed the healing process.
