Twam Asi: Thou are that. This is the highest and holiest teaching. You

are the indestructible Atma. It is for the sake of the Atma that you

have the physical body and so in the attempt to realise God here and

now, you must be prepared to sacrifice the body at any moment. The body

is only an instrument, an implement given by God. Let it serve its

rightful purpose.
