A first-of-its-kind “Youth Assembly of Hyderabad” will be held on September 12 and 13 at Sri Satya Sai Baba Nigamagamam with the intention of sensitising youths towards community service and social entrepreneurship.

 

About 1,500 youths from various colleges and universities across the country are expected to participate.

 

Achievers like CNN-IBN chairman Rajdeep Sardesai, Blue Cross Society of Hyderabad founder secretary Amala Akkineni, filmstar Nagarjuna, AP Special Police DIG Soumya Mishra, Lok Satta founder Dr Jaya Prakash Narayan, Foundation for Futuristic Cities president Karuna Gopal and playback singers Karunya and Bhargavi Pillai will share their success stories in order to inspire the youths.

 

The two-day event will be a conglomeration of youngsters. The entry to the assembly, which is being organised by Abhyasa Residential Public School along with Passionate, an NGO, is free.
