Rudra Centre has rudraksha seeds and fruits for growing, please have a look at:

I think sometimes they have seedlings in pots, please contract Ms Neetaji and ask her.

I brought rudraksha tree from Hawee and broke the seed. Had a 5 seeds in the one Rudraksha. I planted in the pot and kept mosit for thee months. All seeds becomes plant and gave to my frends. One tree I planted in the yard and starting grwoing vigrousley in SC.
