The word "worry" itself means at "war with the Self".

Worry itself signifies, "Thinking that induces fear within one's being".No doubt worry is thinking…but what kind of thinking…"unnecessary thinking"!

Worry begins when one strongly feels that there is no other solution …other than to think!Worry always finds its way back to fear. Often many solutions come before the worrier…but he seldom wishes to get out from his so-called "safety net" of continuous uninterrupted thinking.

We often worry and make others worry with us. We are comfortable that both are thinking unnecessarily and remain in a false notion that that itself will bring peace.

We desire…we chase…we make the choices and inevitably when worry surrounds us we look toward God and ask Him "Why?"We constantly talk of our desires. We often wonder which one will be fulfilled…at what time. And then we speak of how much faith we have in God…and wonder if He has known and realized it!!

Are we truly carefree? Are we ready to give up worrying? Are we ready to distinguish between the "necessary thinking" and the "unnecessary thinking"?

When unnecessary thinking becomes a habit…worry becomes your nature…fear becomes your companion…and life becomes a road to failures…Let us succeed in thinking right first! And whatever follows we will surely learn to face!
