May Swami's blessing always be pervaded you.For "Me" Nama Smaraan is "Remembering and enchanting of God and repetition of His Name" Praising the lord name can be in any form. In this Kaali yuga, this is the most easiest path to come near and dear to Bhagwan. It is not only easy but very practical. You can remember bhagwan's names with whatever divine name of lord you like and whenever you feel like to. Its just like, more you chant bhagwan's name, more you are refilling your saving accounts in the heart of God. I particularly like to chant "Om Sai krishnaya namaha or gayatri mantra". However, never take bhagwan's name casually. As per Swami,you can do namsmaranam anywhere,anytime,any place.For example,you can chant during your food,bath,some free time in office etc.Once you start the namasmaran,swami will come and help you how to do,etc.

Sai Ram dear bro n sis, Ur exactly rite Bro Ganesh.... I am a final yr med student and the amount of stress i have and being away from family to study also a kind of stress is unmanageable but .... For me chanting our Swamy's name or Gayathri Mantra where ever I am... in de LRT, walking , eating, sleeping, simply whenever we feel free is worth of it......... Once ur use to it it will be part of ur breathing...u can feel the presence of Swamy within ourselves..... There is no rules for how it should be done.... as long as our intention were sincere and has faithfulness and obedient to Swamy .... Just the thought of him will be enough......just take him as a frien....... Hope it really helps u as how it does help me in making my life so much lighter.....
