My feeling is to annually move upwards. I have in mind to request the

mukhi 15 next January (around my Birthday) and then 16 and 17 with 12

month intervals.

 

I noted a head ache the other day (I wear the 14 constantly) but a bit

of rest of half an hour with cold water on the temples eased this and

I was able to continue my 45 day getting-to-know-each-other phase with

the 14 mukhi - a tremendously subtle and powerful one indeed. The

journey has only just begun.

 

Dreams have been vivid - and I rarely dream once I started Kriya

meditation - and have directed me to specific short story ideas for an

upcoming volume set in Malaysia across different ages...
