Grow hair for concentration in meditation - Great results

I have to share my experience.

 

I am a Shiva devotee and meditate regularly. But somehow not able to

concentrate. I posed this question to god while meditating - how to

overcome this lack of concentration?

 

I got devine message in dream for 3 consecutive nights that I should

grow hair. Firstly I did not believe but this happened for 3

consecutive nights. Then I consulted our priest.

 

He asked me to take " Kesha Vrat " - i.e. vow not to cut hair for

lifetime. initially I was hesitant but then he gave me example of

Sikh men. they also don't cut hair on body. Here atleast I can shave.

 

So, I have taken " Kesha Vrat " since last 2 years. My hair grew 1

feet, while meditating, I wear them in bun on top of my head just

like God Shiva

 

Meditating that way is just amazing, great concentration. i think in

all of our deities photographs like Sriram, Shiva, Narad, we see

similar style of hair there must be some reason.

 

I thnk, those who want to attain great concentration, this is a

simple and effective way.

 

I am ready to help if anybody is interested.

What about for hair loss?

 

I used to meditate a LOT 6 years ago. But after i started worked at an office job, i have not been able to put in the required time.

 

What would you suggest?
