Guest guest
greetings beloved brothers and sisters and darling children of AMMA.the trip was beautiful.it was short and sweet.we were able to distribute organic clothing and also pass out over 20 bottles of ayurvedic medicine to support healthy immune systems on the reservation. the highlight of the trip was having Nature's Compassion Grandmother Lorraine white face eagle elk share her childhood experiences with us.Grandma Loraine grew up growing her own food as a child. She is very aware of what it means to live sustainably and is also in agreement of how sustainable living education and application can put a dent in the poverty crisis on the reseravtion.we have her 100% blessing! it is her grandchildren's land where we will doing our first ECO-DOME and sustainable living project this summer www.naturescompassion.com .grandma has agreed to make sure the green-house that we will all build stays active. She is also a medicine women who knows about the natural healing medicine's that grow naturally on the reservation.we video taped her talking about this and will distribute it soon along with the pictures we took. she will attend the benefit concert in full native garb and also speak and sing.Nature's Compassion also visited a Lakota Elder named George who heats his house by using a Solar panel working through the vents in his small cabin house. Elder George was so happy to meet us and we were able to give him a supply of food, for he is in the middle of nowhere and rely's on his trust of the GREAT SPIRIT to supply his food. George is a perfect canditate for a earth -sheltered green house and a double bag insulated ECO-DOME . http://www.coldclimategardening.com/2006/10/23/earth-sheltered-greenhouse/ though he is very poor ,he own's mountains and much land and wants Nature's Compassion to help him become totally self-sustained.YEAH! We also visited the American Horse land site.due to Martha being hospitalized, her younger sister angie is taking care of the children.Martha is 24 and angie is 19.it is there deceased mother Ethel American Horse in which we are dedicating the first project. it makes us happy to know that we have helped them not freeze this winter and also have helped them to have electricity and organic clothing.it makes us even happier to know that this summer we will be helping them to learn to live off of the grid, thus eradicating poverty from Pine Ridge Reservation, one family at a time. This trip was a trip of LOVE.without that, our visits are meaningless.without Compassion being at the center of what we do,our efforts are in vain.it is because of these principles of LOVE AND COMPASSION that we trust will full confidence that we are always being guided by NATURE'S BENEVOLENCE .love you, your brother and friend, temba spirit.AMMA,AMMA,AMMA,AMMA,AMMA,AMMA,AMMA,AMMA,AMMA,AMMA,AMMA............ _______________ It’s the same Hotmail®.
