Dear Panditji,

Here is the only qualifications for Naga Mani I know of:

Qualification of giver/seller: Anyone possessing such a naga-mani attains piety,

rare good fortune, and eventually becomes illustrious as a leader of men,

complete with a great collection of all precious gems.

Qualification of buyer: Upon acquiring such a snake pearl, the owner should have

the rite of installation performed by a priest who is learned in religious

formalities. After hearing from the owner how the pearl was obtained and

conducting the benedictory ritual, the priest should formally install the jewel

inside the owner's house. On such an auspicious occasion, the sky becomes filled

with dark and heavy rain clouds, thunder, and flashing lightning, such as

exhibited at the time of universal dissolution. A man in possession of such a

snake pearl will never be troubled by snakes, demonic beings, diseases, or

disturbances in any form.

So, where is Nagamani?

But compared to the huge " Whelk/Lakshmi Shank Scam " - the Naga-mani Scam is

small.

Y/s,

Richard

yester yugas (with satva guna) in general and sages in particular used to do lot

of meditations, tapas etc. and they always and at all times pray and seek boons

for the wellbeing of the world and nothing for self. i can narrate thousands of

stories from puranas where sages got so many holy objects which they gifted to

kings to look after the people of the kingdom etc. applying this in present

time, if a selfless sage gets such things, he would surely dont keep and give

away to a king or a person who donates for the cause of dharma.

search, do tapas and get such objects either for their own benefit or for the

benefit of their near and dear and they also used to barter or sell for a good

deal. present day, this sort of people under tamas guna comprising of

businessmen and materially successful people search and get something for their

benefit and they dont mind paying a premium like all collectors of sacred

objects do.

take by force such objects and most of the time they use the objects to

overpower and cause harm to others. presently this apply to those who use

secretive divine course of tantra with some sacred objects to harm others which

is adharma.

use, he would surely gift away or sell to others where this can benefit.

which such priceless objects like nagamani deliver but if i get hold of a

nagamani, will surely make it available to a discerning collector and do take a

donation. good news is that this group is the first place where i would offer

it first if and when i get it.

But I have photo and have personally seen real, as described here...

would not sell for any price. It is priceless. Only a fool would sell away a

lucky priceless sacred-object. Selling it means it DOESN'T WORK and/or is BOGUS.

So anyone who wants to sell is either a fool or a rascal.
