Today I would like to give more information about the ego, the mind, the higher

self, the soul and the monad.

 

The ego is part of your energy as you might already know, the mind can also be

seen as an energy.

The Higher Self and your Soul and Monad are also energy.

 

In fact all you are is energy.

 

What we are working on at this time is integrating or merging the energy of the

ego and the mind with our overall energy.

What I mean with overall energy is the energy of your physical body and all the

energy bodies.

Ones the ego and the mind energy are integrated or merged you can bring in the

Higher Self to connect with your heart.

 

This is what we call living from the Higher Self through the heart.

 

Once there is a connection between the Higher Self and the heart we can start

bringing in the Higher Self more and more into the physical body.

 

Now when you have connected the Higher Self with the heart you will notice a

difference in thinking and reacting.

It is where we completely let go of duality thinking.

 

Once your Higher Self is completely merged within you, you are thinking and

acting from a 5th dimensional perspective.

 

The other advantage of connecting with the Higher Self and living and acting

from within the heart is that you are slowly, or maybe very fast depending upon

your path, become more aware consciously as well.

 

You will become more aware of the changes in your physical body and your energy

bodies.

You will notice a difference in how you react and how you feel.

 

The integration of the ego, mind and Higher Self will bring you into a higher

frequency.

Remember all that you do is bringing in a change in your frequency so it can go

higher and higher until all your energies have reached a 5th dimensional

frequency and everything is integrated in the physical body.

 

This means, your ego, your mind, your Higher Self, your Soul, your Monad and all

your energy bodies have integrated and merged with the physical body. This

brings about the change of all your physical cells into etheric cells and with

that you can make the transition into the 5th dimension.

 

Now this is only part of the process, there is the integration of all 12 chakras

at first and from there you are integrating and opening even more chakras.

 

So if we have to put it in order, there is not really an order, all have

different paths and different ways of learning and understanding.

 

There is always a start and beginning, but even the start and beginning are

different for each and every person on earth.

 

You can work on many parts simultaneously or just on one, it is all your choice

and your path.

 

I am working together at this time with Sananda and Kuthumi and many of the

other Ascended Masters on a book that will explain more in detail about the

changes that have been made to the ascension process and the dispensations that

have been released at this time.

 

We will add several meditations to help you experience the several teachings

that happen during the ascension process. And this will teach you what to do and

how to work with the teachings.

 

There is a lot involved in the ascension at this time, since it is not only the

people but also the planet earth that is ascending.

 

This is an ascension process never before seen and done. And to make it even

more complicated there are many of you that will be returning into the 3rd

dimension part of the earth to assist the many people that will be still there.

 

So I am very happy I am allowed to be of assistance in this adventure and I will

be working together with all the Masters to make this an experience we will

never forget.
