Guest guest
Dear All, Please find below an email with an opportunity to contribute towards a holy cause. Regards, Mallik. --------------------- Jai Sai Ram!!! Dear Saibandhus, As you all know, Shirdi Sai Parivaar has been actively looking for properties in the Bay Area. By BABA's grace, Shirdi Sai Parivaar is pleased to announce that our offer to purchase a 40,000 sq ft property, for the proposed Shirdi Sai Temple, has been accepted. Some highlights of the proposed temple are: 1. Main prayer / bhajan hall with an occupancy of over 1000 devotees 2. Prayer rooms, Meditation room and multiple class rooms 3. 275 + parking spaces 4. 200 + capacity dining hall 5. Dedicated kitchen area 6. Large auditorium/multipurpose room (To be implemented as part of Phase II development) The final purchase is contingent upon Shirdi Sai Parivaar receiving the necessary Conditional Use Permit and Building Permit from the city. The cost for the project is approximately $6 Million. Our target is to raise 85% of the funds within the next 3-4 months. We would appreciate any financial assistance you can render. Please help us by either: 1. Spreading awareness of this group among your friends and refer us to organizations that Shirdi Sai Parivaar can reach out to. SSP volunteers will be available for meetings/making presentations of temple plans and provide additional information if needed. 2. Providing donations to Shirdi Sai Parivaar. Donations can be made: a. Via check payable to " Shirdi Sai Parivaar, can be mailed to 1085 Hedera Ct, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. b. Credit card donations can be made on our website " www.shirdisaiparivaar.org " . For more details regarding this please call at 408 455-7000 or 408-921-3553. Guest guest
Dear All, Sai Ram!! Few words of CAUTION for all devotees: a) The temple construction is being undertaken in San Francisco area, USA and the email was sent out with the primary objective of spreading as much awareness to interested folks as possible. b) For donors from within India, there could be potential RBI regulatory aspects that might prevent one for contributing funds for causes within the USA. Since I am not too sure about the possible considerations, I would request the Indian devotees to please spread this message to other Saibandhus in the USA who in turn can spread to their respective friends etc., etc., Apologies for not being clear in my earlier email but wanted to contain any potential confusion that could have been caused. Guest guest
Jai Guru Datta, Dear Sriram, I have been made aware that my earlier email could cause some confusion to devotees located in India, due to potential RBI regulations etc., and hence would like to revise the message (since it has not been posted as yet, thankfully). I have revised the text below which you may post, if you deem fit: A pleasure to converse with you. Thank you, Mallik Tadepalli. --------------------- Jai Sai Ram!!! Dear All, This message is being sent across with the intention of spreading the awareness to devotees and their friends/families interested in contributing towards Shirdi Sai temple being contructed in San Francisco area of USA. The details are mentioned below. For interested donors from within India, there could be potential RBI regulatory aspects that might prevent one for contributing funds for causes within the USA. Since I am not too sure about the possible considerations, I would request the Indian devotees to please make themselves aware of the same, and spread this message to other Saibandhus in the USA who in turn can spread to their respective friends etc., etc., Regards, Mallik. --------------------- Jai Sai Ram!!!
